DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Our products are digital downloads of crochet patterns. No physical items will be shipped to you. You will receive an email with the pattern to download after you complete the purchase.
REFUND ELEGIBILITY
We strive to provide high-quality crochet patterns, but if you experience any issues, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
– Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems with the download process.
TIMEFRAME FOR REFUNDS
Refund requests must be made within 24h of the original purchase date. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
REFUND PROCESS

EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may not be applicable under the following circumstances:
